Turalba presents work at Graduate Research Showcase

"Ruby N. Turalba (MPH ’06)— a lecturer of Public Health, alumna and doctoral student — presented her preliminary research, “Nagugutom sila/They’re hungry: Affirming Filipina/x/o students’ identities with culturally and linguistically responsive pedagogy” at SF State’s Graduate Research and Creative Works Showcase on March 4. Turalba’s video was posted on the event website, followed by a Q&A session about her research. She is one of three students representing the Graduate College of Education."
