Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) Accreditation

The San Francisco State University Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Master of Public Health in Community Health Education programs are accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The MPH program was initially accredited in 2003 for a seven-year term. The current seven-year accreditation term awarded October 2017 extending to December 31, 2025 includes the B.S. in Health Education and MPH programs.

CEPH is an independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit schools of public health and public health programs outside schools of public health.
