Turalba to present at American Educational Research Association meeting

"Public Health Lecturer Ruby N. Turalba (MPH '06) will present at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) Annual Meeting to be held virtually in April 2021. Her presentation will be part of a paper session focused on “Representations and Understandings of Asian American and Pacific Islander Youth Success in Education.” Turalba’s research highlights the academic and social-emotional impacts of culturally and linguistically responsive pedagogy for Filipinx K-5 students. AERA receives more than 10,000 submissions each year and expects approximately 15,000 conference participants."
