Marley Zalay

Marley Zalay is passionate about studying the dynamic intersection of public health and the environment. She received her MPH in Environmental Health Sciences at UC Berkeley and has worked in the Environmental Health field for over 8 years. She is currently enrolled in a doctoral program at UC Berkeley. As a researcher, educator, facilitator, and lifelong learner, she is continuously curious about and deeply reverent of the natural world. Her research interests include environmental justice and equity, exposure assessment, environmental health literacy and pedagogy, science communication, and occupational health. She is dedicated to working towards equitable, healthy communities and workplaces while considering how we can live in a more harmonious way on this planet that sustains us.
