Jason Victoriano
Jason J. Victoriano, an SFSU alumnus ('19), proudly teaches at the university’s Public Health Department, which shares his commitment to cultural humility and social justice.
Since graduating, he has worked with the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH)’s Pharmaceutical Services, where he saved millions of drug costs for uninsured and undocumented San Francisco residents by accessing multiple Patient Assistance Programs. In 2021, he received his MPH from San Diego State University, and shortly after began supporting the CDC as a Public Health Advisor to combat COVID-19. In early 2022, he became a Performance Improvement Advisor for SF General Hospital where he contributed to safety efforts, mitigating Workplace Violence. He is now a Program Lead for the SFDPH central administration’s Kaizen Promotion Office spreading lean across the organization to promote the health and wellbeing of all San Franciscans.
