Craig receives California Humanities grant for Gearhart documentary

"Public Health Lecturer Deborah Craig (MPH '09) received a California Documentary Project Grant from California Humanities. Her documentary-in-progress about lesbian feminist activist and San Francisco State professor emeritus Sally Gearhart was one of 13 awarded funding this year. Gearhart celebrated her 90th birthday last month, and Craig and her team hope that this funding from California Humanities will help bring Gearhart the recognition she so richly deserves."
