Chavez speaks about community-engaged research

"Associate Professor of Public Health Vivian Chavez participated on a panel sponsored by the Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) on Opioids and Overdose, titled “Everything that you want to know about Community Engaged Research, but are afraid to ask,” on Aug. 18. The panel shared their expectations going into community partnerships, the most important lessons they have learned and some useful starting points for genuinely collaborative work."
